As per SDPO Pernem Jivba Dalvi on 13/03/2024 an FIR is registered offence upon the against accused person Mr. Ivan Marutiants s/o Micheal, age- 34 yrs, Russian national, presently staying at c/o H. No. 9(1) B, Deulwada, Arambol, Pernem Goa, Permanent R/o Prem, Delegatskaga, 35/B, 138, Russia who was found staying illegally in India/ Goa without valid Travel documents, thereby contravening Foreigners Act-1946.
In this connection an FIR under sections 7(1) (3) of Foreigners Order 1948 and Section-14 of Foreigners Act-1946 stands registered.
Further accused was placed under arrest and is presently under police custody.
Investigation is in progress with pi Sheriff Jackies under the supervision of SDPO Pernem Jivba Dalvi and SP North Akshat Kaushal, IPS.
