Easter Tiding a special programme by the Village Development Committee VDC Members of Pedda Ward of Village Panchayat Cana Benaulim along with Past JCI Salcete Coastal Members was celebrated on Easter Day with the 40 inmates and Sisters at Divine Providence at Cana Benaulim. The VDC Members of along with the Sarpanch, Deputy Sarpanch, Past Members of JCI Salcete Coastal with other Panch Members celebrated Easter in its true spirit while bringing a smile on the faces of the inmates of Divine Providence. The VDC Members of Pedda Ward of Village Panchayat Cana Benaulim along with Inmates and Sarpanch along with the Dy Sarpanch cut the cake of Easter with the inmates with Easter Gifts to the inmates and also later distributed fruits, eatables to 40 inmates of the Divine Providence along with the Sisters, As We Should understand that people in old age homes are not a burden to society but are rich in experience and the younger generations can benefit immensely from their experience. Mr Xavier Periera, Sarpanch and Ms Gyda Rodrigues, Deputy Sarpanch of Village Panchayat Cana Benaulim was speaking at the special programme Easter Tiding organised by VDC Members of Pedda Ward Benaulim and Past Members of JCI Salcete Coastal at Divine Providence at Cana Benaulim. The VDC Members of Pedda Ward of Benaulim Joao Santana Joanes, Roque Fernandes, Shelton Fernandes, Sarpanch Xavier Periera, Ms Gyda Rodrigues, Deputy Sarpanch along with Panch Members Manoj Kesarkar, Genciana Colaco also Patricia Mendonca the Past President of JCI Salcete Coastal and Past Members of JCI Salcete Coastal were also present
