On 20.03.2024, Calangute Police conducted a narcotic raid near Temple, Khobravaddo Calangute Bardez Goa, during which accused Roshan Kumar (30) r/o Jharkhand was found in illegal possession of narcotic drugs cocaine weighing 6 grams worth Rs. 60,000/- approximately.
Credible information was received by Calangute Police Station from the sources that one male person will be coming to deliver narcotic drugs to his prospective customers. Accordingly a raid was conducted in presence of panchas and above narcotic drugs was seized.
Raid was conducted by the team comprising of PSI Vishwajit Dhavlikar, HC-4936 Vidhyanand Amonkar, PC-6008 Manoj Naik, PC-6118 Amir Garad, PC-6390 Sanjyot Kerkar , PC-7117 Bhagwan Palyekar & PC-7917 Gaurish Karbotkar, all of Calangute Police Station.
A complaint regarding illegal possession of narcotic drugs was filed by PSI Vishwajit Dhavlikar of Calangute P.S. upon which PSI Shri. Parag Parekh has registered an offence under the provisions of NDPS Act, 1985.
