Porvorim Police received phone call from local panch member, informing that one water tanker bearing registration No. GA-03-W- 0932 is draining waste water on the road side at Socorro Porvorim. Accordingly staff of Porvorim Police Station immediately proceed for the above location to traced the water tanker. The tanker was detained alongwith the driver Mahasad Dafadar(32) r/o Porvorim and n/o West Bengal and brought to Porvorim Police Station for further necessary action. Further the said driver Mahasad Dafadar is arrested U/Section 34 (v) of IP Act and arrangements is keep to produce before Magistrate.
