The Tribal Ministry, Agriculture Ministry, and Information and Publicity Ministry all worked together to supply the State of Goa with three vans: two rural vans for the North Goa District and one tribal van for the South Goa District.

Various departments, including Women and Child Development, RDA, Agriculture, Tribal, Health, Revenue, Education, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Cooperation, and Petroleum and Natural Gas, have delegated officers to Village Panchayats with application forms. These forms are provided to villagers, and completed forms are collected to ensure the reach and accessibility of government programs.
