Hon’ble Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant Inaugurates Two-Day National Seminar on ‘Artificial Intelligence in Building Construction and Structural Design’ organised by The Institution of Engineers (India) – Goa State Centre.
In his inaugural address, Shri Sawant emphasized the significance of embracing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in transforming the construction and engineering sectors. He highlighted the potential of AI in improving efficiency, safety, and sustainability in building construction and structural design, reinforcing Goa’s commitment to adopting cutting-edge technologies.
The inaugural function also featured the felicitation of Dr. Neena Panandikar, who was presented with the Eminent Engineer Certificate in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the engineering field in educational sector. On occasion of 50th year celebration of IEI-GSC, Golden Jubilee magazine was released.

• The Organizing Secretary, Er. Austin Rodrigues provided an overview of the seminar’s agenda and objectives, detailing the key topics to be covered over the two days.
• The Hon. Secretary of IEI Goa State Centre, Er. Siddhant Dubhashi proposed vote of thanks.
