A New GARD Council (Goa Association of Resident Doctors) was formed on 20/08/2024 by election. The Governing council has 14 members as listed below

6. ACADEMIC SECRETARY -Dr. Swizzel Pereira
7. LADIES REPRESENTATIVE- Dr. Lakshmi Nikam
8. CULTURAL SECRETARY – Dr. Junejo Juno
9. SPORTS SECRETARY – Dr. Joshua Dias
10. HOSTEL SECRETARY – Dr. Divyanshu Sharma
11. PRESS AND SOCIAL MEDIA SECRETARY- Dr. Samidha Fadte
12. LEGAL SECRETARY – Dr. Rajeev Jatti
13. ADMINISTRATOR – Dr. Mohammed Arham Mateen
The council aims to strengthen and unite all the Resident Doctors together and to ensure that all voices are heard as one.
The main focus will be on the Safety of all Health Personnel and stand against any form violence as One with a United front.
The President has assured that every doctor will believe, dream and achieve what they plan to do by serving the general public. And we are there for the people.
